Why we exist

The pre-market — the world of private companies before they list — runs on warm intros, closed networks, and PDFs. For founders outside those networks, especially Black and underrepresented founders, that gap is worth an estimated $12B in missed capital. N'Chrge exists to close it.

What we're building

N'Chrge is a new terminal for the pre-market: a live platform where a company isn't a PDF — it's a ticker you can watch, follow, and back. Founders publish disclosures, build credibility, and grow a following long before they list. Investors discover companies through culture and community signal, not just cap tables.

N'Chrge was founded in 2025 by N'Dezha Robinson (CEO — fintech operator embedded in Black founder ecosystems) and QueenTesa Fuggett (technical co-founder — formerly a Disney software engineer building secure, high-scale systems). Lean, senior, mission-aligned.
