This page is for users of NCHRGE (also styled N'Chrge), the mobile app and service operated by N'Chrge, Inc. Use it to request deletion of your NCHRGE account and associated personal data.

01How to request deletion

Follow these steps to delete your NCHRGE account and data:

• Step 1 — Open the NCHRGE app and go to Account / Settings, or stay on this page if you prefer to request deletion from the web.
• Step 2 — In the app, choose the option to delete your account; or complete the form below with the full name, username, and email on your NCHRGE account.
• Step 3 — Submit the request. Web requests from this site are reviewed manually; in-app requests may process automatically after confirmation.
• Step 4 — We complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request and email you when it is done. You will no longer be able to sign in afterward.

02Request deletion

Submit the form below to request that N'Chrge, Inc. delete your NCHRGE account and associated data. Use the same name, username, and email as on your account so we can verify the request.

03Data that is deleted

When your NCHRGE account is deleted, we delete or permanently de-identify the following associated with that account:

• Account & profile — name, email, username, role, profile details, and authentication records for that account.
• Role-specific data — founder, investor, or enterprise profile fields and verification uploads you provided.
• User content — posts, comments, media, company disclosures, and intro messages tied to your account (or tombstoned so they are no longer attributable to you).
• Usage & product data — feed activity, Learn progress, paper-trading portfolio, interest-survey answers, and recommendation engagement linked to your account.
• Device tokens — push notification tokens associated with your account.

04Data that may be retained

Some limited information may be kept after account deletion, only as needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance:

• Deletion request records — a copy of this web form submission (via Formspree) so we can confirm and audit the request.
• Security & abuse logs — limited technical logs (for example IP addresses or incident records) that may reference your former account.
• Legal holds — information we are required to retain by law, regulation, or ongoing legal process.
• Aggregated / anonymized analytics — product metrics that can no longer identify you.
• Content others still need — where your posts or comments remain part of another user’s visible thread, we may remove personal identifiers rather than erase the entire conversation.

05Retention period

• Account deletion — completed within 30 days of a verified request.
• Backup systems — residual copies in encrypted backups may persist for up to 90 days before being overwritten in the normal backup cycle.
• Legal / security records — retained only as long as required by applicable law or our legitimate security needs, then deleted or anonymized.
