01Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how N'Chrge, Inc. ("N'Chrge", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use nchrge.com, the N'Chrge mobile application, and related APIs (the "Service").

02Information we collect

• Account — name, email, username, role (Founder, Investor, Enterprise, or Observer), and profile details you provide. You may sign in with email or via Google / Apple through our authentication provider.
• Role-specific profile data — for example, founder company and funding information; investor fund, thesis, or check-size details; and verification uploads when you choose to provide them.
• User-generated content — posts, comments, media (photos/videos), company disclosures, and intro messages.
• Usage — screens and pages viewed, follows, feed interactions (likes, comments), Learn module progress and quiz results, paper-trading activity, interest-survey answers, and recommendation engagement (seen, click, dismiss).
• Device & technical — IP address (for example, when acknowledging disclosures), browser/app/device information, push notification tokens, and cookies or local storage used for authentication and preferences.
• Analytics & diagnostics — product analytics and feature-flag data (via PostHog) and error/crash reports that may include device, session, and related context (via Sentry).
• Feedback — messages you send through in-app or website feedback forms (via Formspree), and waitlist / contact forms on this marketing site.

03How we use information

• Operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• Personalize discovery and recommendations — including using your survey answers, profile sectors, and in-app behavior. We may send relevant signals or content to an AI language model (Anthropic) to generate recommendation card copy, with template fallbacks if the model is unavailable.
• Communicate with you about the Service, product updates, and account notices.
• Deliver push notifications you enable (via Expo).
• Safety, abuse prevention, and legal or regulatory obligations — including possible future identity verification if we become a registered broker-dealer or ATS.

04What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your data with advertisers for cross-site targeting.

05Service providers & sharing

We share information with vendors who help us run the Service, and in limited other cases described below.

• Supabase — authentication, database, and media storage (photos/videos); Google and Apple sign-in are handled through Supabase.
• PostHog — product analytics and feature flags (may identify users).
• Sentry — error monitoring; reports may include device/session context and crash data that can contain personal information.
• Formspree — feedback and contact form submissions.
• Expo — push notification delivery using your device push token.
• Hosting — Railway (API) and Netlify (this marketing site).
• YouTube — embedded or curated educational videos (subject to YouTube's own terms and privacy practices when you play them).
• Anthropic — optional LLM processing to generate recommendation text from relevant user content or signals.

We may also share information when required by law or regulators, in connection with a corporate transaction (merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets), or when you publish content to public areas of the Service — profiles, posts, disclosures, and similar UGC are visible to others by design.

06Retention & security

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the Service and meet legal obligations. When you delete your account, we delete or tombstone associated data in line with our in-product deletion process, except where we must retain limited records (for example, for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance). We use industry-standard safeguards; no system is perfectly secure.

07Your choices

• Access, update, or delete your account and much of your data through in-app account settings, or by emailing ndezha@nchrge.com.
• Opt out of non-essential emails via the unsubscribe link in those messages.
• Control cookies and local storage through your browser settings on the marketing site; disabling them may affect sign-in or preferences.
• Disable push notifications in your device or app settings.

08Children

The Service is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

09Changes

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the Service before they take effect.
